Our client access allows our client to to submit tickets, review the status of those tickets, view invoices, read news/announcements, view and review project status, check your appointment times, and much more!
Upon entering a request, our staff is notified and will contact you (if necessary) for further questions and next steps. Using this system is one of the fastest and easiest ways to receive support from our company. You can also submit it via phone. If your request requires immediate attention, please call (845)-444-5333during business hours, M-F 8AM-5PM EST.
